OR, go in the facility if you are allowed and host a party with healthy snacks make a craft with the kids.

What: You can make Trick or Treat bags from inexpensive non-woven bags and felt and add Halloween items to go inside.
How:
You can prep felt designs in advance if you have young volunteers helping you and you want everything to look uniform.
Order the bags online from any promotional products company for around a dollar each, or sometimes Dollar Tree has them.

Include items like hygiene products - lots of kids don’t have the necessities. A toothbrush, toothpaste, body wash, shampoo and new underwear would be very welcome, as well as educational things like books and games.
