What: The Chapman Partnership provides every individual and family they have housed with a Move-Out Kit upon their transition from homelessness to self-sufficiency. By donating, you will help a family get a healthy, clean start to a new life.
How:
Purchase the items on the list by yourself or with friends.
Create a flyer asking for donations of complete move-out kits. See "How to Create A Flyer" on the Marketing Your Project page.
Include the drop off location or you can collect them and bring all the completed kits to all to Chapman Partnership.
Take pictures of all the completed baskets.
